I'll use this website to log info about anomaly #7893 while I'm trying to find the least dirty & destructive way to eradicate it.
Currently, I have successfully located and am following Bernardo Summers, the core of this anomaly. Unfortunately he's very well guarded and protected and I'm still unable to approach him. Even with this slight inconvenience, I have managed to predict & follow his routine with extreme accuracy, so if he tries to vanish it won't be that much of an issue anymore. So far here's all the info I collected on Summers:
His full name is Bernardo Cinder Summers and was born on February 29th 1988, his death was on August 11th 2002. By my investigations so far, he was first spotted roaming the city post-mortem was around 2008 and no one seemed to question it, when I interviewed the citizens none of them minded much about him or could ever remember his death ever happening, his grave was also removed from the cemetery and in its former place there is now a small chapel which is unusually always filled with fresh flowers. I still have to fully organize Summers' timeline to determine correctly on how he went from a normal human being to one of the strangest anomalies I've ever seen in all my career.
For now that's all I currently have about #7893, since his protectors are pretty annoying and good at their job. I've been able to track a few of the people involved in the anomaly keeping, enough for some profiles that will be listed somewhere around, so future agents can identify and take care of them properly.
